XBLinkDelete your XBLink data
XBLink (XBLink: Remote Play & Cloud on Google Play) keeps almost everything on your device. XBLink has no accounts of its own: you sign in with your Microsoft account.
Data on your device
- Open XBLink and go to Settings → Accounts.
- Tap Sign out on each account. This deletes that account's sign-in tokens and cached profile and game data.
- Uninstall XBLink, or go to Android Settings → Apps → XBLink → Storage → Clear storage. This deletes everything else: settings, touch layouts, controller mappings, imported ReShade files, the install ID and logs.
XBLink Pro data on our server
If you bought XBLink Pro, our server keeps one-way hashes of your purchase token and of up to 5 install IDs, with the time each install last checked. Nothing else is stored: no name, email or payment details.
- Email owenbuilds@proton.me with the subject Delete my data.
- Include your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.), so we can find the matching record.
- We delete the record within 30 days and confirm by email.
Without a request, the record is deleted automatically 30 days after the purchase's last check. Deleting it doesn't refund or cancel the purchase: XBLink Pro unlocks again the next time the app checks it.
What is kept
Nothing else. Data about your Microsoft account (profile, friends, gaming history) is held by Microsoft, not by XBLink; you can see and delete it through Microsoft's privacy dashboard. Purchase and payment records are held by Google Play.
